Q.   How far in advance do I need to place my order?

A.   We can do up to same day delivery.  We do suggest when you know what you want, it's best to place your order to ensure you get the display of your choice.

Q.   What types of lawn ornaments do you have?

A.   We have over 75 items to choose from.  Anything from animals, to sports, to novelty.

Q.   How do I pay for my lawn display?

A.   We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.  We also accept a check, if it is received at least 7 days before the display is scheduled to go out.

Q.   What time do you deliver and pick-up?

A.   We deliver between 11:00pm and 5:00am and pick-up as early as 7:00pm that same day.  We will do our best to accomodate special delivery times.  Day-time deliveries are available for an additional charge and are not picked up until the following evening.

Q.   Do you have suggestions for phrases or do I have to come up with my own?

A.   We have countless creative phrases for all our displays that are bound to make you laugh! 

Q.   Do you deliver on holidays?

A.   We deliver 7 days a week, 365 days a year.  We do reserve the right to cancel in severe weather conditions.  If we do need to cancel, we will attempt to contact you that evening. You will have the option to reschedule or be given a refund.

Q.   What is your refund policy?

A.   We will refund your full payment if cancelled more than *24 hours from date of display or severe weather.  In the event of severe weather, we will contact you to arrange an alternate day or will refund your payment.  We reserve the right to cancel if we feel there is a danger to us or our display. *(If you give us less than 24 hours notice to cancel, we will refund the purchase price, minus $10.00 for the processing fees assessed by the credit card company).

     We do not offer a refund if: 

  • homeowner calls and asks us to remove the display
  • You gave us the wrong address
  • If the home is in a gated community and we can not get in
  • The homeowner has a dog that prevents us from being on the property

Q.   Can I set up the display myself?

A.   Yes.  We do offer D.I.Y setups.  You pick it up, set it up and return it for a reduced cost.

Q.   Can I rent the display for more than 1 day?

A.   Yes, for an additional charge of just $25.00

Q.   Will the recipient know who the display is from?

A.   No, you will remain completely anonymous (unless you ask us to do otherwise).

Q.   Will you call me if there is a problem delivering the display?

A.   We will attempt to contact you if we are having any problems delivering your display.  Since we deliver after 11:00pm, we may call in the middle of the night.
