You WILL receive a full refund if the following applies:

• Extreme weather conditions prevent us from setting up 

       your lawn display.

• We have an extreme emergency in our immediate family

       that prevents us from setting up your lawn display.

• You cancel your order at least 24 hours before (Less than 24 hours will be refunded purchase price, minus $10.00 for the processing fees assessed by the credit card company).

You will NOT receive a refund if the following applies:

• The homeowner does not allow us to set up the display.
• The homeowner calls us and asks us to to remove the

       display early.

• You have given us the wrong address.
• We cannot set up the display because of a gated community not allowing us access.
• The homeowner has a dog that prevents us from being on

       the property.
