Q. How far in advance do I need to place my order?

A. We can do up to same day delivery. We do suggest when you know what you want, it's best to place your order to ensure you get the display of your choice.

 

Q. What types of lawn ornaments do you have?

A. We have over 75 items to choose from. Anything from animals, to sports, to novelty.

 

Q. How do I pay for my lawn display?

A. You can pay via credit/debit cards, invoice, or cash. Checks are not permitted.

Q. How much does a display cost?

A. Many factors go into pricing our displays. For pricing, please call (216)676-6444

Q. Where do you deliver to?

A. We deliver to a 7 county area in Ohio that includes Cuyahoga, Lake, Geauga, Portage, Summit, Medina and Lorain. Major cities include Cleveland, Elyria, Akron, Lorain, Medina, and Brunswick. If your city isn't listed here give us a call! We're known to make exceptions.

Q. What time do you deliver and pick-up?

A. Our standard delivery hours are between 10pm and 5am. We will do our best to accommodate special delivery times. Unless a special delivery time is requested, we cannot guarantee an exact time of delivery. Pick-up time could be as early as 7pm that same day. Day-time deliveries are available for an additional charge of $15.00 and are not picked up until the following evening. In certain cases the customer may be contacted for an alternate, later pick up time free of charge.

 

Q. Do you have suggestions for phrases or do I have to come up with my own?

A. We have countless creative phrases for all our displays that are bound to make you laugh.

 

Q. Do you deliver on weekends and holiday?

A. We deliver 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We do reserve the right to cancel a display in severe weather conditions that could cause a danger to us or our displays. We will contact you to arrange an alternate day or will refund your payment If we need to cancel for weather.

 

Q. Can you still do a display with snow on the ground?

A. Yes! We can still do a yard display in the snow. Our plastic items will sit on top of the snow. Our plywood items are also able to be used with special copper rods to help the item rest more on top of the snow.  We will also move snow from the area we are placing the display in.

 

Q. What is your refund policy?

A. Overnight Greetings will refund your full payment if cancelled more than 2 days* from the night of delivery or if severe weather permits us from not delivering. *If less than 2 days notice to cancel, Overnight Greetings will refund only 1/2 the purchase price. Overnight Greetings does not offer a full refund if the following apply:

    - The homeowner calls and asks us to remove the display;

    - The customer gives us the wrong address;

    - The homeowner has a dog that prevents us from being on the property;

    - The home is in a gated community and we can not gain access.

Q. Can I rent the display for more than 1 day?

A. Yes, for an additional charge of just $20.

 

Q. Will the recipient know who the display is from?

A. No, you will remain completely anonymous (unless you ask us to do otherwise).
